old post but when I did live in an apartment, I changed the locks even tho I wasn’t supposed to…my thing is they’re supposed to give 24 hours notice before entering your place…so if they randomly approached me about changing my locks, my response would’ve been “why the fukk did you attempt to enter my apartment w/o notifying me?” never had any issues tho as far as that
1st apartment. There was a hold near the windows and when my upstairs neighbor smoked weed it came out the whole and now my shyt smell like weed

people pullin up in the alley blocking the shyt so i cant eem pull in

Drug addicts pulled up on me in a loud ass truck thinkin im the dude next door and stepping to me until he saw i had my gun on me
one day im outside in the summer getting the mail, this black old honda civic pulls up and two mexicans hop out and kick in this dudes door, kidnapped homie and stuffed him in the back of that thing while his girl was screaming her head off and pulled off. Everybody who saw/ heard that shyt was like. I slept peacefully for a week until he showed up again .
I almost upped the blammer on two pits cuz the owner just let em loose

We had to do an apartment while our house was being built. It had been so long since we were in an apartment we forgot how much it irritated us. There was three kids on top of us, and we'd hear these niglets running upstairs all the time. The oldest one, I think he was 11-12, would be bouncing a basketball all the time, especially when I'm logged in for work. So I would take a bar and start banging on the ceiling. I think they moms had recently started dyking, she had some broad living with her and I'd hear them getting into fights. I'd get tight, but then I'd look at the approaching closing date on our homeowner's portal and get some relief from that.

Based on your claims you would actually be paying less rent now than you were 10 yrs ago once you factor in inflation and property taxes, so your landlord would be losing money. Unless your landlord is a relative or you have a roommate..
