It is what it is. Women have been doing this forever. It's just that due to the internet the average dude who shed eventually settle with is now aware of how they move and is losing interest in marriage.

The smart girls go through that phase and move to marriage early on before men catch on. The dumb ones wait til their late 20s and you're left dudes with a mindset not suited towards marriage.

As a 37 year old man without kids whose not married I'd say the older I get for me the harder it is. I'm making more money than I've ever made before, I have no responsibilities. I've been to 7 countries already this year. I'm in the best shape of my life, going out on dates and canoodling and cavorting has never been easier. So I should give all of that up for some chick

I definitely agree it happens on both sides. I was just pointing it out from a women's perspective but this is exactly what I was talking about marriage minded men. The more options someone has the less likely to commit. Men desire to marry goes down with age as they get more options and women's desire goes up as they lose them.

Yup I remember a week this year I had 4 days in one week. One was a gynocologist, one was a lawyer. Other two were mid twenties. It's never been so easy and I ain't even some 6'4 pristine hairline 150k a year breh.

As well even if I'm in a relationship the moment a chick acts up or whatever I probably won't even "work through" it and just hop back into random dates. Doesn't work for everyone but hey I don't mind.

Fact of the matter is, people rarely end up with someone on their own level. And it's usually a mix of tangibles that makes people form a relationship, none of which are all things being equal.

Now if you think this sets up a bad precedent, because it promotes women not seeking out mates that they should really be checking for...stop even entertaining women that are 5's. You're too old to be dating under quality anyway.

If a woman says I'm not normally the type of man she dates, or has guys vastly different from me in her dating past, I'm in a disadvantageous position. Only way out of this is too be relatively decent to well off in life and or to be one of top 2/3 sexual experiences. Otherwise she'll be able to palpably FEEL the settling.

When women say the bolded it means the guys she desires/is attracted to don't take her seriously or she can't get to commit, not necessarily due to a disparity in her as woman, but more often because she's so replaceable because the guy can get what she offers from boundless attractive women so they'd rather play the field at the time, or indefinitely.

When women have dating pasts resembling the italicized it can mean a lot of things but the most important is that she can be seduced/impressed/convinced with the right approach even if it doesn't come from Mr. Right per se. This is arguably worse than the first situation as it means she clearly emotional in partner selection and there are less basal standards/criteria. Therefore you can be solid to her but someone else can always "make her feel special"

Again this makes dating a zero sum game for the bulk of average men, as the women dealing with average men INCLUDING AVERAGE WOMEN feel they should/could/can/will have better.

Precisely why 27 is my hard out on a relationship, the funny thing is even a woman I'm dealing with now, I can garner she had her time in the sun/streets/fun/on the scene, but she claims to want something substantive now at 23, I can get past anything she's done and accept that because she's still in her prime, after you fall off I'm not checking for you, or after you realized over 5-10 years you can't get what you want but I could be what you need, fukk all that

No I definitely agree, but most men in marriage/long term partnership were not the initial type of man that woman gave the time of day to at all. But as stated ITT, if the woman fixes this quickly has her "fun" from 15-22 she still can find a man who wants her.
