I say give her the opportunity to notice you first... I'm not worried about a "'green light" because women are hard to read sometimes..

Not giving her the chance to notice you if even for two seconds is kinda like sneaking up on her to talk to her, or surprising her.. Points are always deducted for that shyt. Her guard is already up and surprising her like that will just make it worse

Honestly, I'll rather cold approach a woman than to holla on a dating website these days. Online dating can make you unable to approach a woman.

I got a chick's number while I was at a Taco truck a few months back and I wasn't even that aggressive of getting her. We just had a friendly chat..no flirting

I had the same issue but I solved it: in order to calmly talk to a woman you like, destroy any value you see in her. Don't project yourself with her, don't see how she's beautiful, don't think about the fact she's exactly your type, etc. Talk to her like that girl you don't care about. This is how you maximize your chance. You'll be able to assert confidence and eventually dominance.

I've bagged chix at red lights... gas stations pumping gas... the mall shopping. Any place people go to do things they need to do..
1 thing I've noticed about ppl in general is yes they are on their phones...

Look for cues before you approach, I make and then maintain eye contact for a little bit and watch how she reacts.
