It's crazy. I'm still getting into Armand Hammer's stuff. It's still not something I can just put on anytime, but god damn if billy woods isn't one of the best writers on the planet. It's still the off-kilter flows and rhyme styles. Reminds me a lot of old Def Jux stuff. Super left field and experimental sounding. I did end up liking Haram and I liked billy woods new solo project a lot.

They like a lot of lyrical miracle dudes from the 90s who only got indie deals.

The whole Def Jux movement missed me entirely. I was into Rawkus but that's as deep as it got back then. I legit have never heard a few of those old Def Jux albums. I tried on a couple of them back in the day but didn't really like it much.

Cold Vein was the big one that I tried to like.

Mr. Lif's stuff has actually aged decently. Fantastic Damage made me cringe listening to it more recently. lol
