The first line of the article states he doesn't have a definition of what it is. How do we not see this as a problem from a conclusion standpoint? Dropped interceptions and interceptable passes are not the same. The above is clearly a drop.

DVOA and DYAR measure every QB equally. It's not the end all be a bit it's a better snapshot of production.

DVOA and DYAR doesn't isolate QB performance. It simply considers what plays the QB makes within the system. It doesn't even control for screens, which Fitz did to win the Pats' game.

Fitzpatricks first 30 career starts he was 35 TD's to 34 picks. He didnt have more int's than TD's either after 6 seasons so Im not sure where you're getting that from.
