Trump is trying to bring jobs back as it stands....he's working with local big business to revive cities to try to create more jobs. Plus less illegals taking black jobs....he's right outside of most of his social stances.

:mindblown: I'm tired of explaining to you simple negros that white people LIE, they LIE all the time and they LIE very well. They LIE to each other and they will definitely LIE to your black ass. And if they do actually do something for you best believe you're gonna have to pay the piper sooner or later.

Just because Donald Trump says he's doing something doesn't mean he's doing it. This a simple concept that the average 5year old understands but the average American voter cant.

You would think that we learned from integration, the ultimate faustian pact where they left us exactly where we were and took all our assets and capital.

But this is for the brehs who falling the shtick since I'm clearly talking to a cac. :sas1:

buying $5,000 homes in 1970's new york....where does $40million come into play? the topic of the post was blacks buying those cheap homes and sitting on the property for a good deal. Folk with a few extra thousands wanted nothing to do with such things.

How do you figure? You got a crystal ball? :comeon:

Contrary to popular belief, real estate isn't that sound and stable of an investment.

So sick of you short sighted smart dumb nikkas with your 20-20 hindsight dumbass logic.:stopitslime:

Black people during Jim Crow had the same opportunies as white milli/billionaires huh? :mjpls:

Word, word? Black people in the 70s, 80s and 90s in the height of the crack epidemic and gang warfare were under Jim Crow :russ:

I live in DC. A good number of black folk made millions off of gentrification because they bought them rowhomes back when DC was the murder capitol and the houses cost NOTHING. Don't be mad because your uncles and your pops was too busy going to Freaknik :mjlol:

Politics aside because dude is really a reprehensible human being and we attack this fakkit daily in Higher Learning but, business wise, it shows the value of generational wealth.

His grandfather, Frederick comes to America with nothing. Dies with about $400,000 to his name.

His wife, the grandmother, continues the real estate company after Frederick died, with Donald's dad, Fred Trump, who was only 18 then.

Fred Trump takes over the company and dies with about $200 million to his name.

Donald Trump took over from his dad flips it to $3 billion, takes the company global and becomes the President.

In three generations, it went from a small mom and pop shop, to a large company to a multi national company. Generational wealth :ehh:

nikkas acting like Fred Trump is self made....don't even realize his dad and his mom put him on :russ: His dad owned 14 properties when he died. That's a nice lick to leave your son.

You sound just like a cac.

"These 3 black people are rich, why can't you guys be?"

What about the blacks who couldnt even build the capital to buy homes at those prices?

But I know what you're going to say, something is inherently wrong with those individuals so they didn't do it.

Stfu you fukking c00n.

I never said that....but you figure once something is soooo low/under-priced aka blood in the streets you might be able to flip it. I'm sure most people thought $5k or $10k homes would decline to zero and no one would want to build it up etc. it's obviously risk....but it's sad that many folk missed out.

Uh huh....since your jim crow argument didn't stick considering there was no fukking jim crow in the early 1990s :mjlol:, now I'm a c00n :mjlol:

Yall in here acting like its easy to turn a million dollars in a billion dollars. All I've said in here is why haven't the countless children of black entertainers become billionaires then? You know, since it's all easy and stuff

I'm going to just completely skip your failure to understand how WS can still exist without Jim Crow.... :skip:

How many sons of black millionaires were given a million dollar loans from their parents? Do you think Shaq's son bank account has a million dollars in it? How many of these black millionaires have also bailed out their children to the tune of millions of dollars?

How about before we shyt on people we make sure that we are making apples to apples comparisons? :jbhmm:

Right.

This lame phuck acting like my argument is completely invalid because I was literally ONE decade off. Civil rights was in 60s. I guess right after we got the right to be treated as a whole complete human being, cacs was just handing nikkas bands to invest into their own communities :beli:.

Exactly.

Topics like this always point out how nonsensicsal some people can be.

The second slavery was over "Why aint you blacks in the white house? You aint slaves anymore, stop being lazy "

White people are wealthy and became the most powerful race in the world at one point.

So by your same logic, you respect White people as a race for attaining supremacy too, right? :sas1::sas2:

Theres nothing at all to admire about Donald Trump. Save it for the moguls who really came from nothing and have made it, like Oprah, Magic Johnson, Obama,Micheal Jordan, Bob Johnson hell even Master P

what business is Obama in besides profiting off of tax payers dollars and using his position to make speeches. What company did Obama create to grow the GDP of the US....who has Obama employed that wasn't him using tax dollars for their salaries? Obama is a bad example.
