If you train with bags, just go to a boxing gym. As someone who boxes, it’s pointless to use the bags at a place like LA Fitness. Can’t hit the bags for the length of time needed. It’s like putting a diving board in a 3ft pool IMO.
I do, but i also go to fitness connection and after i hit the weights thats my favorite form of cardio. In some locations they have them and i can get 45 to an hour uninterrupted

Public gyms we off that, most real gym heads built they own home gym by now.

Covid has blessed me with a home gym :blessed:

That's a good point.

Most people that could afford $300/month membership would have built thier own gym by now

I know I did.

Spent $1500 on a cage
About $900 on weights and a bar
$500 on an elliptical
$900 on an airdyne bike
$50 on a landmine

For the price of a 7 month membership you could get your own cage and weights.

The only reason I was paying $50/month instead of building my own gym was because it was more cost effective.

What gym do you go too in the city?

Not everyone has the space for a home gym.
