I'm not trying to look like that, I want more of the soccer player physique. I'm starting my first day at the gym tomorrow. What type of work out would you recommend?

Dope thread. I got some muscle but too much of a gut to be holding on to so im on cardio 80% and weights 20%

My knees ankles and shins only allow me to run 2-3 times a week.

What's another effective cardio exercise I can do?

I use the elliptical but it's excruciatingly boring.

Any tips?

Any tips?
If you have access to a pool, swim laps. Swimming is one of the most effective forms of cardio and puts no pressure on your joints.
