Somedays I believe in a higher power outside of myself and somedays I'm not sure. I've seen Hebraic artifacts in Africa while watching certain videos. Like I said, I believe Jesus was a teacher at best and G-d could be the universe. In some ways I think when storms happen it's because g-d is angry that we pollute his environment.

Your yearning for a world void of obstacles and hate ... while ignoring the positive aspects is interesting.

If you want to become an atheist then go ahead... but don't do it because your ideals aren't being met by a grand deity

I actually don't want to become an Atheist. Like I said, it's weird because I kinda still believe, but in a way Agnostic. I said before that I was on the journey of converting to Judaism. Also, it doesn't help when you have different sects of the Abrahamic faith beefing with one another. Plus, when I look at how Black men are treated on a daily basis it's hard for me to believe.

How does that explain storms on other planets in our solar system that don't seem to be occupied by any life?

He's just practicing on those so he gets it right when its time for Earth?
I'm no scientist, but that's my theory/belief. I can't prove it that's just where I lean.

if you believe in a higher power outside yourself than you got issues.

Like atheists don't have issues ? what belief system holds the title on being issue-free ? Tell us breh :pachaha:

So you want God to intervene and make things easier for us is that right ? :ld:

What are the positive aspects of this world? Especially for black people?

but it's weird because I'm still optimistic about a higher power.

I've been Agnostic for the past four years. However, I still keep some dietary law and hate pork. Anyway, with the world the way it is it's hard to be a believer. Like, I want to be a believer, but there's the issue of organized religion. When people ask me do I believe in faith I give them a generalized answer. Also, when I see racism and bigotry/homophobia it makes it hard for me to be a believer.

Hell, two years ago I was in the process of converting to Judaism because I aligned with that the most. TBH, I still do, but I still have loads of questions. Not to sound like a debbie downer, but when my people get treated like crap on the daily it makes me become less of a believer. I'm at the point where if there is a g-d he might just have mercy on us if he cares.

I had plans to meet up with a clergyman a year ago to discuss this because I wanted faith (something to hold on to). Not trolling at all. I'm conflicted. Also, I worked this year and have had an ok year.

Worst part is when I start dating a girls ask me if I believe in a higher power.

Thing is all these other religions help their people. If you are a Christian, Muslim, Jew, or whatnot I'm not bashing. This is just my perspective. I respect my religious bros and sisters.

Crazy because I somewhat believe in quantum physics and G-d is the universe. I'm conflicted.
All I can tell you is be honest with yourself and dont let society determine what you believe I had to learn to do that consider myself agnostic.
