Wasted time on your part because - Nevermind the fact that it is ILLEGAL to kick a minor child out of the house in the first place. It is also a public violation to lock said child out of the house during a quarantine situation. Not to mention, the child has more rights to be in that house than the stepfather does seeing as he is not in a position to take care of himself or well being, financially. Children have access to the family home unless there’s a court order sanctioning there removal of the child from said home. A child can’t “break” into his own and only place of shelter.

Look at the responses in those threads, then quote some of those posters that were in there. Lots of blanket statements but I guarantee you at least some of them will be singing a different song.

I'd challenge that. Legally a home invasion is entering a home with intent to cause harm.

Any reasoning behind it is beyond the scope of a home invasion. The act of entering a home with intent to harm a person is a home invasion. Just like the act of entering a home and removing property is a burglary. The act of harming someone during the act of a burglary is a home invasion.

As far as what the police charge you with and what sticks, that varies from agency to agency, jurisdiction to jurisdiction and officer to officer.

Clearly you have no clue about criminal law, criminal defense or juvenile law of protection to have a basis for your response otherwise you would have substance to back up the bullshyt that you just kicked. No. They cannot redefine "what it is" they define what to charge you with.

Just like if you have weed and a pipe they can charge you with possession (misdemeanor)or if you have enough possession with intent to deliver,( felony), and as for the pipe they can charge you with paraphernalia. Yes, they teach you to mag dump. But I wouldnt do that to my own son/stepson/brother/uncle unless they were packing too. The relatives & neighbors said he was a good kid. No reason for this.
