She's mad the men she wants aren't approaching her, at that point you might as well take matters into your own hands. Approach a dude if you're interested in him, light casual conversation is enough. Then it will go on from there. And as much as these days the conversations are about gender norms and roles, this is a consequence of questioning it. Personally, I don't think a woman should twiddle her thumbs and anxiously await a man to approach her. Men can be absent minded as hell, also they are not mind readers and don't pick up on things women expect them to. When you're 45 you might as well just approach the dudes yourself.
