Looks like a played out story with CGI slightly better than PS2 FFX cinematic graphics cut scene.



I wasn't impressed with the first one. That year, "The Road" was, imo, the best movie of that year, and still is one of the best films I have seen to this day.

This movie doesn't look impressive.

- Bland CGI

- needing to be the most financially successful film in history just to break even

- Cameron is wasting his time and talent with mediocre story telling

- The film doesn't match the current trend of movies

- Some are even saying Cameron is a hack who got lucky in the past, again

I forgot everything about the plot of that movie EXCEPT dumb ass Unobtainium. I legit couldn’t recount one single second of a scene

I’ll still see the sequel in IMAX3D for the spectacle, same as the OG.

That makes more sense as that 2 billion number sounded totally unrealistic. If that was the case, then I'd be curious to hear the number that Fast X needs to break even

Even then, I still think that it's going to struggle to hit that $800 million domestic box office number.
