I've personally never seen a successful one. Every marriage I've ever been around was broken, and the one's that weren't had one side doing dirt. I've never seen a legit happy marriage. I do know it exists though. It has to. I need to believe that it does in order for me to ever give it a shot.

My grandparents have been married since the seventies. Its hard to find people with those old school values of hard work, commitment and compromise.

I would never get married to a female that was born and raised in the west...I just wouldnt. Hoping to find a Middle-Eastern Christian women (with a somewhat open minded family), a Ethiopian or something else not common here. I could never get married to a White western female (or any western female for that matter)

Nah, marriage is just another piece of paper like a degree. I've known my s/o for more than 7 years before dating (we started this year) so I already knew what I was getting myself into. We basically live together and it works so why fukk that up with some legal bullshyt?
