Life has a way of changing people and their perspectives. As for me, I want to be married with children and building an empire with my wife (whoever that may be). At the end of the day, you only got one life to live and you gotta live it the best way you know how.

I completely agree...I am not trying to convince anyone that marriage is the best situation for them. I just questions tge motivations and reasons behind them being against marriage.

No. I mean...I got needs as a man...but if they can't get met...the hell with it. Sex ain't everything.

I haven't had sex in over 2 years...but that's involuntary. I've tried the hook up with chicks at the bar thing and failed and at this point it ain't worth it. I dont' even go out and talk to women anymore. My desire for certain types of human interaction has waned over the years mainly because of my frustration with people in this generation and society in general.

Both my parents had 3 marriages. My mom had 2 husbands, she remarried and divorced her 2nd one. My dad had 3 wives.

Our experiences help shape who we are as people. Maybe some of the brehs here have had negative experience after negative experience in relationships and don't see the point of marriage. Now would you fully be justified in asking them to see past their experiences so it doesn't fully cloud their judgement? Sure. But many people don't like taking the chance on something after they've had multiple negative experiences. I'll let the brehs tell it.

That's fair and understandable. Honestly if people knew of my personal life they'd wonder why I believe in it at all. But like many guys I grew up and realize that I don't have to repeat my parents mistakes.

I've just been putting all of my energy and frustrations into skateboarding as of late.

That's why I feel that I've gotten better over the years and I'm better at skateboarding at 30 than I've ever been in my life...rather than get mad or depressed, I just take it out on the board and kill some rails and get into the zone.
