Laughable, ain't it?
No matter, we ALL realize the source(s)

But if I say him and Yvette are the leaders, then I'm trippin :mjlol: Please don't encourage Tone's delusions of grandeur. This was a Pan African centered video. She repeatedly stated "This is a time to come together", noted a one point "We are all Africans"

Tone will find some celebrity tweet or comment and try to sell why Africans don't like you

I'm 10 seconds in but what is taught about Black Americans or Black America in Canada, London, Africa, and Caribbean in schools or just life? I'm more interested in the schools part. Not a diss at all, just curious.
I can't speak for all of Africa, but where I'm from, the Trans Atlantic slave trade/Triangle trade is in the history curriculum and its effects both in the new world and here as well as pan africanists such as Marcus, du bois, and Booker T Washington and their ideologies at high school level.

Of course people who didn't love history forget these things after finishing school, and start blaming the education system when certain things are reintroduced to them, but that is normal as with any subject.International schools (for the super rich) teach European history 100%. Approximately 70% of history in our curriculum is about Africa, but that may vary with country.A thread in the root about this topic would better answer this question.

Grew up in Catholic schooling in Canada and can say other than a short blurb about MLK's death in a textbook there was nothing left of black history in those books. More stuff about Indians and buffalos. They actually taught a lot about the supplanting of Native Indians in America and here in Canada.

Went to public school and the first time I've seen anything taught on black Americans or Africans was when we watched Roots in class and then the inauguration of Obama.

Can't rely on schools to teach black youth on their history. Family history and black history of our leaders, origins and creations were taught by family members. Even the last name that most people have, why do they have that? Only their kin will be able to tell them what really happened.

They also taught small things that non-black people will never understand like; keep your reciept wherever you go.
