be confident bruh. think highly of yourself....you already have it in your mind that you are "wack" so u are already giving off the wrong vibe, no girl is attracted to a guy who thinks he is wack. you could be wack af fa real, but as long as you THINK you are the shxt, women will attract to you. Stop worrying about chasing hoes and getting numbers. Sit back and observe the women that's choosing up on you and go for them. Body language is every thing. change ya mindset and get that wack shxt out ya head. Before I go out to a bar, I tell myself "I am finna go in this place and make all these hoes choose"...then I just sit back and vibe, if that happens cool, if not, cool.
Honestly breh, i would just focus on making my situation better. Going to trade school, study and get some certs up. Hit the gym.

You never run out of women by chasing money... but you will run out of money (and youth) by chasing women.
So go with self improvement first. And while you on this journey, do things that you LIKE to do or do things you haven't done before. It sucks at first because of the lonliness, but work on yourself first breh and give yourself the biggest chance to land the women you want AFTER you got your footing in life.
