When I'd be in this situation, I would just become avoidant until the person got the message and stopped pursuing.
I learned though that wasn't fair, because it emotionally ties a person up and wastes their time and effort.

Just be passive aggressive and text her that you think things are going to fast. Face to face break ups are best when you are arguing and fighting. Just trying to sit her down and cut her loose isn't going to cut it for either one of you. Rejection is tough, and because she was wining and dining you, by breaking up with her for no good reason, you've just made it difficult for the next man.
