so it aint even about his rapping skill and what he brought to hiphop? :what:

eminem gave dre inspiration. it was eminem that got 50 into interscope with dre after he heard "guess who back" mixtape which went on to be 50s best masterpiece yet.

brehs :troll: hard in the muthafukkin blogs son

We gotta make a change...
It's time for us as a people to start makin' some changes.
Let's change the way we eat, let's change the way we live
and let's change the way we treat each other.
You see the old way wasn't working so it's on us to do
what we gotta do, to survive.

all this really leads me to believe is that they should bring back rap city when 50 cent drops his next bullchit album.

i wouldn't watch that either, but it would at least be appropriate since 50 was a big deal to the viewers of the show at one point. nobody watched rap city to see Eminem.

they want to bring back something for Eminem? bring back TRL. that's moreso up his alley.

this chit is str8 c00nery like dude said earlier.

Maybe your favorite rapper needs to step his game up. Let's keep it funky, Em has blessed rap city multiple times with classic verses. They should give him an episode. If he drops a freestyle it's a watch for me.

you know dam well what this is all about and what BET/Viacom are doing.

I feel but you Viacom has owned BET for going 15 years and people are surprised that they do a show for the most popular rapper post-Pac. If anything it speaks more to how watered down the rap game has become, that this is such a major event. BET is struggling from a ratings standpoint and they gotta get viewers in somehow. BET has been alienating its intended audience for years, so I can only take this at face value.

Eminem is the most popular rapper post-pac in the eyes of whom? certainly not the BET audience.

BET struggling for ratings? since when?

this speaks on how watered-down the rap game has become how? I take it that you don't watch BET, because BET hasn't been a music channel in YEARS. outside of 106th & park and their award shows, theyre not eating off the rap game.
