SUN OF MAN
that all sports games are rigged, and used as countless distractions to keep the masses busy
The notion that a story in the media is going to affect how a player performs on the field or court. These athletes get paid millions of dollars and have played in 100's to 1000's of games. You mean to tell me that an elite defensive end can play through a concussion or all sorts of fractures & bruises but will be affected psychologically during a game because the crowd and talking heads have a sour opinion of him?

What the fukk are you talking bout?
Why isn't he an elite QB?
Momentum.
I don't know breh. Momentum feels real in college football. You can feel when momentum shifts in big college games.
And how many times do you "feel" that momentum change and then nothing happens?
Cannot disagree more
You should've kept readingI stopped reading right there... See, at one point in time, the QB position was always played by the most physically gifted...... and on top of that, the most physically gifted on the team was the most celebrated until........................
Integration......
When it became glaringly obvious thatwas no longer the stud on the team, not only did the rules change, but the narrative to be considered good did as well...
It happened in basketball.... being able to dunk was considered having a lack of skill.....
I feel ya post man.. I really do.. but I've seen, and read about this narrative... and when a certain group is given free entrance into said "sport"(keyword is free) the narrative always gets turned on its ear..
but, there is more truth to that than not though.that all sports games are rigged, and used as countless distractions to keep the masses busy
I don't know, but nothing about him leads me to believe he should be considered one.
the fastest athlete of all time is Jamaican
can you quantify that?Especially in college sports. Momentum has almost visible shifts during games and is obviously a huge part of march madness.
