Also, just because Jordan was more known for score making than assist making DOES NOT mean he was lacking in that area. It was in fact the reason why his score making abilities is so threatening that have too many of the defenders converge on him leaving a lot of his team mates open to which Jordan having a laser eye finding that open man. Steve Kerr's game winning shot finals shot can vouch for that.

Two things... in this day and age, Laimbeer would of been ejected and suspended for flagrant 2 fouls left and right in this day and age... and cramping, toe jamming, heat exhausted Lebron WOULD OF NOT made it in those Bad Boy era years like Jordan have.

All you gotta do is flip the script. If Lebron James was playing on that Bulls team in the 90s, you can bet your ass he woulda won multiple championships and dominated the fukk out of the league. And he'd probably (I'm not gonna claim we would be, but probably) be as legendary as Jordan today.

I want to get back to the point though...

the idea that laimbeer is choosing lebron over MJ is for the following reasons:

  • he isn't mesmerized by the legend of michael jordan. He wasn't a 'peer' of jordan. Jordan was a player who tried to make it in his conference and division. And his team beat jordan for years until he had to change his game. The pistons [especially sally, him, mahorn, etc] are very different from the pacers and knicks and cavs' opinions in that era.
  • He beat him repeatedly. That alone makes you not put a player on that pedestal.
  • He watched both first hand, and believes that lebron does stuff that jordan didn't do on the court. Thats fine, that is opinion.
its not salt or hate or anything...its just his belief. and I get it. agree or not, i get where he is coming from. I can't imagine Barkley saying Malone is GOAT PF, he would probably say duncan for some of the same reasons.

Half the time Jordan was leading the POINT... even in that video... or did you watch it? Jordan WAS that offense.
Position you're listed at isn't really relevant. To be the guy who orchestrated the offense is the point. Both did it and James WAS the offense everywhere he's played too.

Which troll is this? I got him on ignore.

A players legs cramping up have nothing to do with toughness. Do you know what it is when a muscle cramps up? It locks and becomes unresponsive. Being tough has nothing to do with dehydrated muscles locking up on you. Just as importantly, mike was getting gooned by the Pistons playing around 195. James has played the majority of his career at 240+ and was likely playing at 260-265 in Miami. He was bigger than most centers. Can't goon a guy that type of strong when he's got 40 pounds of muscle on you.
