He's really only had 1 season without Brady (no playoffs). Belly is the better coach but having Brady for over a decade does help.
Sure, it does. But its evident who's the biggest factor in their run

He's only 54? Jesus I thought he was in his 60s. He'll get another shot since he's white, looks the part, and won (long ago). Dude should humble himself and just be a DC.

At least the bills are competitive for an organization that's a mess from the top down. My 9ers have upper management issues like the bills but we get blown out almost every game :francis:

wouldn't be surprised if he got brought in at DC, last grasp by baalke as he "skates on thin ice" into "one last" prove it season with the 9ers :mjlol: :sadniners:

we legit have NOTHING to look forward to next season :martin: not no rising star, no new head coach with a good long term plan, no qb, no one wants to play for us despite being in California - the opposite happened players actually retired so they wouldnt have to go through this

:mjcry:

im not here to derail the thread :mjcry: good luck Bills fans :mjcry:

If Teryl Austin gets a hc job I'd take him in Detroit as the DC. Doubt him and Caldwell get along though, if Caldwell even survives.
