Nipsey Hussle's flagship Marathon Clothing store in South Los Angeles has reportedly closed its doors temporarily. The company announced that it will no longer run as a brick and mortar business on social media on May 6.

"Thank you to everyone who's placed an order with us these last couple of weeks. We appreciate the unprecedented outpour of support. It means a lot to our team and family," the announcement reads.

Although the company will not function as a brick and mortar for the time being, it's online business will continue as normal. "We are working around the clock to fulfill every order placed. We ask for your patience as we get everything fulfilled and shipped out to you. Additionally, our flagship store is closed right now, but our online store is open 24/7 to serve you and is the only authorized retailer of our brand. Once again, thank you for your support."

Following Nipsey's death on Mar. 31, Marathon Clothing received an influx in sales. In fact, most of the company's merch sold out within the week.

The announcement comes shortly after Nip's family and his team decided to shut down the memorial that was located outside of the store after bootleggers attempted to profit off of the tragedy.

It is unclear when the Marathon flagship will reopen its doors at this time.

His sister applied for full custody of his daughter from his baby mama to control her portion of the estate and raise her. The judge denied this request. The baby mama wants full custody and to control the daughter's portion of child support. The sister wants to fight for full custody as she believes the baby mama is irresponsible. The courts aren't having it.

His brother has now applied to be the administrator of his estate as they were business partners.

Nipsey Hussle‘s brother is asking to be in charge of his late brother’s estate, and he estimates the hip-hop star was worth over $2 million.

According to a petition filed by Nipsey’s brother, Blacc Sam, he needs to take control of his late-brother’s affairs in order to handle incoming business opportunities.

Sam writes that Nipsey’s “passing has created significant media attention, which, in turn has presented potential time-sensitive business opportunities based on [Nipsey Hussle]’s likeness, right of publicity, and other intellectual property based on the media attention surrounding [Nipsey Hussle]’s exceptional life story and musical career.

Sam lists that Nipsey died without a will, and lists the hip-hop star’s property at $2,035,000.

As we reported, Sam has already shown support for their sister, Samantha, to get guardianship of Nipsey’s daughter, Emani.

Samantha has been temporary sidelined by the judge in the guardianship case, but will get a chance to fight for the child in court during a future hearing, which will also be attended by Emani’s mother, Tanisha.

The judge has not yet ruled on Sam’s request to become the administrator of the estate, but considering how closely he worked with Nipsey on the rapper’s business deals, would make sense for him to take over those affairs.

well it's good that he wasn't married because that would be messier without the will.

From what I've seen, Black Sam will do right by everyone involved and I imagine Nip's parents won't interfere with him having control. No wife means there is no one else "legally" attached to him and they usually go to next of kin (parents and siblings equally entitled to figure it out themselves) so I think it'll shake out alright

It's not really a mess. His sister is being a dikk, I don't know why she thought she was going to be able to get custody from a biological, custodial parent. His brother filing to control the estate is pretty normal, someone had to do it, even if there was a will there had to be an executor. This happens whenever someone with money dies, even when I will is filed, people challenge them pretty often. The only thing that would have stopped some of this is if he was married (and the will).
