well it's good that he wasn't married because that would be messier without the will.
From what I've seen, Black Sam will do right by everyone involved and I imagine Nip's parents won't interfere with him having control. No wife means there is no one else "legally" attached to him and they usually go to next of kin (parents and siblings equally entitled to figure it out themselves) so I think it'll shake out alright

the heirs are his kids. its all their's unless he assigned stuff to/owes to others. but they are minors so someone else needs to look over it until they reach age.

It's not just "the kids get it" because a will isn't just "here is what I have, divvy it up" (especially a celebrity will). Also, when you have children out of wedlock with different women, things can get dicey as far as percentages, etc.
All I was saying is that Black Sam seems like the logical best choice to face these decisions

Now the custody issue could get messy. But barring any abuse or neglect, I don’t see why the sister thinks she’ll get custody over her mother who is still alive and well.

I don't think it's about having the capital. It's probably having the rights and ownership to his name, likeness, and catalog. There's probably talks of people wanting to do a documentary. People who want to license the music and whatnotBusiness never stops...Sam needs the keys ASAP so they can capitalize off these new business opportunities.
Honestly got to strike while the irons hot. Sam don’t have the capital like Nip to make the most of these opportunities on his own. The hustle never stops and the marathon continues

yeah i was confused because you mentioned the next of kin being his parents and siblings. unfortunately they dont get anything unless he assigned something to them, everything (after debts) goes to the kids equally whether they are born in wedlock or not. his business if now their business, his income is now their income, etc.
