Black Americans and Bipolar disorder

Will check this out. I’ve got a cousin who was recently diagnosed as bipolar
Need to watch this later.... My sister is as far on the spectrum with Bi[olar disorder as you can get. She is a black women and a programmer in Silicon valley and really be on some crazy person writing formulas on the walls type shyt. I truly believe Lithium saved her life.
However, the more I read about social media and gut health, im learning a lot of our neurological diseases either come from jarring childhood trauma, OR they come from bad diets. Studies show certain diets lead to higher ADD in children, Alzheimers in elderly, depression, etc etc. and Bi[olar disorder is literally just manic depression. Social media will also be outted as something causing mental health problems provably, in the not so distant future as well.
Also, this post is relevant because My sister went to UNDIAGNOSED her entire life. She was surviving and succeeding with no treatment her entire life.
Black folks are resilient, but we need a NUTRITION AND MENTAL HEALTH OVERHAUL in the black psyche.
