They want NYC to just become a big resort for the uber rich and the somewhat rich. A theme park.
Everyone with "real" money will be White, and the technicians (STEM, Law, Finance) are Asian, and the little people (cleaning, cooking) are Latin (usually from Mexico/Central American, because Boricuas and Dominicans are too close to you know what).
Black celebs will have a presence of course. Entertainers and Politicians.
As for the rest?
- A sprinkling of ethnics that make food at their restaurants.
- Filipino Nurses
- Indian Doctors
- Black Male Security Guards
- Black Female HR people and Lawyers
None of this will be due to some grand design. There's no white boy with a spoon of mayonnaise cackling like a villain.
It's just gonna be millions of individual choices for merit and culture fit.

alot of them simply moved to Jersey, Upstate, Hudson Valley, Long Island, CT or the Poconos but yes the black population in NYC has been decreasing for a while

most of my fam are still there but that's because they bought their houses.

Yep. Their version of a utopia of where blacks are damn near gone outside of servant jobs. Look at those sci-fi films of the future. They (CACS) really want blacks gone to build their fantasy timeline.
I left the city after graduating HS, my parents and siblings live in the city. I’m noticing more Indian/Guyanese families in southeastern queens. Still a predominantly black neighborhood(homeowners).
Even in Fantasy, which is all medieval times, "The Blacks" be down and out. Reading something now where the Elves are an allegory to Black people.

Funny how in this era when white population is being decimated due to negative birthrates, they move back in cities and anything with tangible value (Careers, good jobs) they hoarding. They gentrifying these cities to be luxury grave sites, and it makes no sense how all these wealthy people and still have shytty public schools.
The thing is NYC is significantly safer and has better public schools than where a lot of cats are moving to.

I will say the first sista I’m the article moving to Snellville GA I can co sign.. It’s only 30 miles outside of ATL and very nice area of Gwinnett county… Only downside is ain’t no mass transportation that goes there.. no buses or trains lmaoo
