The schools been falling apart, the 47th is a bunch of hoe ass nikkas and at given time ya building will lose heat, water or catch on fire.
But we got bike lanes on white plains rd and 233rd
We finally got some neighborhood guys in the city council and state senate but there's only so much they can do.
We keep paying more for less so that's the real reason everyone getting tf up outta here

Not really, That crib gotta be worth over a mil, you know they got it with all the incentives "first responders" get to buy a home so they got it on the cheap & sitting on equity, they getting rental income plus Cops & Firefighters make close to $100K in this area & they bringing all that bread back to podunk western PA where they werent seeing that lvl of bread
I drove to NJ and Staten Island for 4.5years for work waiting for a transfer which I finally got. But there are opportunities in the Lehighvalley area where it's coming up big time. I believe it's the fastest growing industrial area in the country. There's tons of jobs and communities being built.
