-cops see someone driving car with no tags
-driver admits it isn't his car; claims he's test-driving
-driver refuses to show them paper that could have quickly resolved the situation
-driver refuses to exit car upon being told to do so

Well I guess the cops should have just let him go, then :leon:

:patrice: Well when you put it like that :pachaha:

Cop should have used some discernment and trailed him back to the dealership, which according to the article was less than a mile away

Probably because he felt liable for the belongings in the car and didn't want the chance of it being tampered with. Pigs should've called up the dealership like he asked them to or just escorted him back there to verify his story.

This is just common sense. What do I look like giving you permission to search a vehicle that is not mine......

A better smart-assed response would have been to ask the victim why wasnt he just born white. That way the cop would have accepted his very reasonable explanation, and performed the very basic step of calling the dealership to confirm his story as provided, rather than assuming criminal activity and escalating a harmless situation to the point where guns and tasers are drawn, resulting in the victim being arrested for being a law abiding citizen. Why the fck was he even pulled over anyway? Dealership cars are pretty easy to identify.

All good tho, hes gunna sue, and hes gunna win. Racists gunna learn today.

Not thats Cobb county.

I've lived in both and everyone knows not to fukk around in Cobb County. Black or white.

When i lived there, Gwinett was a place i didnt want to get pulled over.

:patrice: but you know what, when i really think about it, I didnt want to get pulled over anywhere in the Atlanta area. You couldnt joke around with those officers. They didnt find much funny.

Its so demonic, friend.

As opposed to the North where they raping black men with broomsticks while in custody? :what:
I don't know anything about that. The South remains roughly 25 years behind the rest of the country.

Ive only been pulled over for speeding in Gwinnett. Twice i believe.Once near Doraville area and once while heading to this african honey's place in LilBurn.

Whereas in Cobb you could drive down Cobb parkway any night and see shyt loads of cars being pulled over AND SEARCHED. Black, latino, asian or white. Sometimes i think they just stop any X random number of cars. Thus why I refer to it as the Police State of Cob county
