The only reason I've ever test drive a car with someone from the dealership is because I had questions like turning on cruise control, etc.

I've test driven without anyone before, they have your info, and more often than not there is a gps in the car.

Cops cannot search your car without a warrant. Probable cause would be you are stopped for a broken taillight and your eyes are bloodshot red and your words are slurring, or your car smells like marijuana etc.

Then he refuses to exit the vehicle on the cops' request.....depending on the area, that in itself can get you in cuffs

no...he wouldnt do that. He would challenge an officer if he or she were overstepping her boundaries, and violating HIS rights. Him and mr. movement are just racist white boys, who always justify racist activity, and consequently always find a way to blame the victim and say they did something to deserve their mistreatment. They issue you a paper plate when you buy a new car. When you test drive the dealership typically puts on a temporary plate for you. I'm not here to claim that the cops are not racist, but I could see how this situation escalated not necessarily because of racism

Knowing that fact, the black dude decided be on some other shyt A similiar situation happened to me a few years back. I got pulled over and I had no front plate and dealership tags on the back. The cop asked me to provide the vehicle information, I showed him the title, registration, insurance, lic, etc and I went on my gatdamn way.
