Simple answer YES it’s good for black Americans.

Latinos NEVER hire blacks on their crews. Never.

They are cool when it’s only one or 2 of them. If they get a manager position they are gonna fire all the blacks and rehire Latinos saying it’s easier to communicate or some shyt. Or just tell the owner they can have 3 guys working for the 1 guys pay. Owners are going to run with it.

They work unsafe and can’t wait to sue.

They aren’t harder workers than blacks they just work dumber and for cheaper. Black Americans aren’t risking our lives for no job. They will..

Brothers please get these union jobs out here.

When I left the union I was making $175k yearly. It was hard work but not as hard as being broke. Do it for 10 years invest and stack paper. Start your own business after. Or you can do it for 30yrs and collect 80% pension when you retire.

Don’t let these Latinos and immigrants get those jobs you gotta fight for them.

They accept felons!

All you need is a GED.

They’re not Americans. It’s ONLY UNDERPAID FOR AMERICANS, NOT FOR ANYONE ELSE. Their very existence in the work force is the reason why we don’t get benefits.

You’re not fully grasping and understanding. Their kids and family’s kids will continue to keep working these jobs because they don’t look down on them.

I respect young black men and women and think that you should always aim for the best that you can get, but do you think that the average young black person looks at those jobs as “good jobs”?

Governments are corrupt, and gangs have infested with politics

It’s also weird to state that when there are plenty of African countries feeling the same thing

The same excuse....The Government has always been corrupt in the USA and there are gangs infested within politics in the USA. If the Latinos are such hard workers why can't they work and fight for their rights in there own country just like FBA's did and still do.

I'm not from an African country.

You can hear it all in his post. Don’t say shyt about the messican showing up in Skecher boots but talking about the black dude in Tims. All black men ain’t brothas. Folks need to recognize the difference.
I don’t see Mexicans in sketchers I’m speaking from experience.

I'll say this I'm working on a union job out here in DFW right now in Westlake. There are 70 people on site. 8 of the field hands are black and 4 of the foremans/general foreman are black. Opportunity is there, people misinterpret what @cheek100 is saying because in my 12 years in electrical work I've seen a lot of young black men(a lot of young men in general but I don't care about the rest) washout because this work does require a certain type of grit and thick skin that not everyone has or wants to have.

I've worked Union and Non-Union(came up non union and organized into the union) so I know both sides of the spectrum.
