Yes, it is completely feasible.
1. Cost: Trump estimated that illegal immigration costs 200 billion per year. If reparations cost 1 trillion, that's 5 years worth of what we are paying for illegal immigrants. But yet you have Democrats wanting to do and pay everything for illegal immigrants, but saying reparations are not feasible.
2. If black people would band together behind this issue and vote for the party that promises to do this, and not vote for any party that doesn't, it would absolutely get done. Democrats have no hope of winning without the black vote. Republicans could shore up their support and easily win majorities if they even got 25%+ of the black vote. Democrats pander to lgbt, illegal immigrants, Muslims, etc and promise them tangibles, while offering nothing to black voters, because black people keep voting Dem no matter what.
3. If a Republican candidate called the Democrats out on their pro illegal immigration/anti reparations stance, and promised reparations, I think a lot would vote for them. Black people are one of the most conservative groups in the country. Highest & against illegal immigration, most against the lgbt agenda, highest % in the military. If the Republican party would drop the racism and do some real talk on reparations, I think a lot of black people would vote for them. Especially if they kept their foot on the neck of an Democrat voting against the wall/against deportation etc while not supporting reparations.
I've been watching Professor Black Truth on Youtube, and a lot of his points make a lot of sense. If black people started voting black interests, a lot would start getting done.
