Coca-Cola billionaire is forced to pay $11MILLION for sexually harassing an ex-employee after a dramatic trial where he offered his wallet to her lawyers, was thrown out of court and called her 'disgusting'
- Chasity Jones, 42, alleges she was fired from Alkiviades 'Alki' David's companies, Hologram USA and FilmOn.TV, when she rebuffed the 50-year-old's advances
- During a dramatic two-week trial at Los Angeles Superior Court, David was accused of groping Jones and making a series of lewd comments around her
- On Friday, a jury awarded Jones $3.1 million in compensatory damages and a further $8 million in punitive damages for committing sexual battery
- Jones' attorneys claimed the woman, who worked as a sales accountant, suffered PTSD as a result of the harassment
- But David's defense disputed this and submitted a series of Instagram photos of her apparent jet-set lifestyle
- They were rejected by the judge and Jones' attorney Lisa Bloom said the pictures were a 'desperate ploy' by a man who is facing an enormous payout
