If employer's want to increase the retirement age, they need to hire older people and not lay them at certain point so they can hire younger at lower pay.
These big business owners who want to increase the retirement age also hate paying a premium for a dude with 30 years experience over an entry level employee at a lower wage. Can't have it both ways.

I don't understand why we can't find a balance. People despise work because it takes away 5 days of your week, it really doesn't give you any time to do anything. We practically live at work with 40 hours, I can't imagine 50+

Give people every other Friday off. Add more vacation days. Encourage vacations.
Another problem that many people don’t realize is that jobs take away your most productive and creative hours of your day. Most people work between the hours of 8-6. When you come home you body/brain will never be as productive as the hours you already gave to your job. Especially if the job is particularly stressful.

This is why there is no Democratic Party anymore. We have a Republican Party and an extremist Republican Party.

Democratic platforms would be calling for shorter work weeks, more vacation time, subsidized healthcare, earlier retirement, taxing these sociopathic CEOs at 75% seeing as how their wealth is extracted from the middle/lower class and not a product of their labor. None of these issues are anywhere on the democrats platform. Instead, both parties serve the interests of the black rocks, AIPACs, multinational corporations etc.

There is no party that represents the American taxpayer. CEO’s like this should be in fear of democrats winning the election just as much as the average person fears republicans winning.

French Revolution 3.0 needs to come
It's literally the only way the billionaire class will stop buttraping us but people as a whole are far too entertained by their various toys to actually organize and fight back. The ones that will are going to be the abhorrent parts of the population on the far right which won't work out great for black people.

The evilness of cacs needs to be a case study. How can a sentiment being be so void of compassion and empathy :why:

Even animals don’t run predicatable fades with other animals if they sense that it won’t be a fair one.
Their history has always been that of tribal warfare and revolution against oppressive nobility classes. The only thing that changed in modern times, especially in America, is that racism has preoccupied the minds of the white Americans who normally would direct that hatred towards the white elites who are economically raping them.

White Americans are the reason America is in the state it’s in today because they allow white elites like the Blackrock CEO to rape the American middle class via the political system because they routinely vote against their own interest simply because believe it’ll spite other races mainly black people.

Why do everybody wanna destroy retirement all of a sudden?
Because the wealthy class becomes wealthier by extracting more and more wealth from the middle class, not by actually working. The question they ask themselves is “where does the middle class have their money?”

They’ve already gutted those 20th century pension funds and replaced them with 401k, raised taxes etc. Social security is one of the last few places that they can extract wealth from.

Remember the housing crisis of 2008 and resulting recession (which we still haven’t recovered from) started out as a method to extract wealth from homeowners and their mortgage. They successfully extracted that wealth and taxpayers then paid them again via the bailouts.

If that's the case just cut it off and give me what I paid into it back. Eventually it'll cause a whole new group of issues from the people who have been leeching the system but not adding to the fund

That can't work financially because too many people already got more from Social Security than they put in, so they used the money you put in to pay off their retirement. There isn't enough money left in the system anymore to even pay people what they put in, they've been kicking the can down the road for a while now without actually addressing it.

The only options are to either reduce benefits, tax the rich more, or allow the government to borrow indefinite amounts of money to prop up Social Security.

All they have to do is distract white Americans with some type of racist policy like DEI or CRT and white Americans will willingly vote for their own destruction all because they think that they’re spiting other races/demographics.

When they’re 80 years old and still working at Walmart and Amazon because there’s no social security, no pension fund, no competition from other businesses because they’ve all been bought out by Amazon/Walmart, no jobs because they’ve been replaced by automation or exported, no wage high enough to retire because they’re forced to compete with 18 year olds, they’ll then blame immigrants and black people. Then the cycle repeats itself.

Yup. Certain sectors of the American public basically began to have a love affair with economic libertarianism in the 1970s, forgetting how it had completely destroyed the country in the 1920s. That led to Reagan's election in 1980, and by the 1990s the conservative democrats like Clinton were heavy on that wave too. That is why so many Wall Street executives prop up the establishment Democrats to the tune of millions of dollars - Wall Street LIKES those people. It's only candidates like Bernie Sanders who scare the fukk out of them, and that's why you saw such an all-out war against Bernie from establishment politicians and media both in 2020, because his candidacy threatens the interests of their backers and their own pockets as well.

FDR wouldn't have stood for this shyt. LBJ wouldn't have stood for this shyt. RFK wouldn't have stood for this shyt. This is a creation of that last 40 years.

I don't think racism alone is the entire answer, even though it's a big part of it. The increase in bootlicking of the capitalist elite has been a slowly building trend for hundreds of years now, and they use a lot of lies, propaganda, and distraction techniques in order to accomplish it of which racism is just one major part.

I don't think it literally has to be violent, because violence will in part play into their hands and allow them more propaganda victories. The wealthy are always going to control a disproportionate amount of the weaponry and armies, so we need to plan the revolution strategically enough that a large proportion of the American population chooses our side over theirs. But for the wealthy, it will be just as disruptive as a violent revolution would be, cause they have a lot to lose.
