I'm completely new to the stock market , any books or youtube channels to learn the basics/lingo ? things such as "Put" and others.
I read on reddit that the App ThinkOrSwim is legit when it comes to buying/selling stocks , any truth to that?


also , I'll most likely start off with $100-300 stock purchases ...just to get the hang of it.

I was in at $60 and sold when it dipped to $40 because I don't really get how they make money...
