gavin is rebranding himself to become a more moderate democrat. he's already changing his stance on trans in women's sports and doesn't agree with it. he also made a comment recently about how being too woke is divisive. by election time he might be in a good place to win the nomination and beat trump.
So he's taking up republican positions that will ultimately alienate some of the base in exchange for trying to get the elusive moderate republican that almost never comes through? I don't know if people want a republican they'll just vote republican. A lite version of a republican isn't appealing.

opposing trans in womens sports and saying we've become too woke isn't becoming a lite republican. he still believes in raising taxes to fund social services, funding schools, expanding affordable healthcare, funding social security and is pro-choice along with a bunch of other democratic stance. those are the key issues that voters focus on imo.

gavin is being smart. something like 70% of americans don't support trans in womens sports so why plant your flag there. republican candidates can always bring that topic up and democratic candidates end up defending it because they've tied themselves to that topic to the point it's part of their identity and it becomes a turn off.

$tems in the 40's was a gift

I believe I made all the right choices when it came to growth companies. My biggest L was not being able to land a job with them for some stock options
