All these big numbers from a center usually means winning, you can look at damn near every center through history, dudes putting up those numbers could power their teams to wins or break even at the very least. Outside of the boxscore and fantasy leagues where is the impact? He scores a lot but he's a career 46% shooter as a center and he doesn't really play defense. The Kings could put a defensive PF next to him, but what great big man needs a frontcourt mate to reach their potential.

Once you actually watch him and look at how he's getting the numbers it's just Like I said, black hole on offense that turns the ball over at a ridiculous rate and he's only played defense once in his career for like a 9 game stretch. @tremonthustler1 was right about Boogie and I'm going to remove him from my top spot on the centers under 25 list, dude is Al Jefferson with the green light and people just talk about his numbers, he's a big and bigs impact the game.

You ask what great big needs a frontcourt partner to reach their potential? I dont know about reach thier potential but plenty of bigs benefit from having a really good complimentary frontcourt piece around him.

I'm telling you, watch the games and his numbers suddenly don't seem so impressive

He seems like a horrible dude to play with. He eats up so many possessions without even thinking about passing. So many of his points come outside the flow of any sort of offense. It's just him isoing and putting up shots over two people. His style is just not conducive to winning. Even his assists are a mirage... he makes some really really nice passes, don't get me wrong, but it's usually just him making a bailout pass when he's held the ball for 15 seconds and has no shot, and not to mention all the horrible turnovers. You watch a great bigman passer like Noah, and all of his assists come within the flow of the offense, big difference with Cousins

It's no surprise he's never been on a winner, his game is just not something you can build around. It's so fukking ugly at times, just bully ball or him driving from the top of the key

He can be a great player but it's gonna take proper coaching, and an alpha type player that is ahead of him in the basketball food chain

Put Boogie on the Cavs in place of Love and they are winning the title guaranteed. The boy is the best center in the league and if you put capable players around him I think he could lead a team to some type of postseason success. Him with a pure point like Wall or Paul would be a sight to see cause he's never had a pure point who knows how to get a big man the ball in his best scoring spots.

Point blank Boogie needs to grow the fukk up and get control of his emotions. Since they got rid of his coach he's been throwing the equivalent of an on court temper tantrum. Just nonstop bytching, completely and openly not giving a fukk on certain plays. He's still going out and getting his numbers but at times the shots he takes are horrendous. Not to mention every damn play it seems he's bytching at the refs as well.

So you're telling me Cousins, who needs the ball in his hand ALOT and takes ALOTTA shots too, plays mediocre defense and plays like a grown baby would make CLE title favorites? Do you watch him play? A lot of times people think a losing team is b/c of the lack of talent, but it's also about the attitude and character of the players in that locker room, do you really think Cousins has the attitude & character to be a winner? Look at how he acts on the court and how he's been since he came in the league...he's not making anybody a title contender anytime soon. The players y'all choose to cape for on here SMH

Nobody is calling him the best at anything or top 5 in the entire league. People were acting like kevin love was a top 5 or 10 player and the best player at his position. Not comparable.

People saying he is the best center are just as wrong as people who were saying those things about kevin love. The difference is there's only a few people saying this about cousins whereas kevin love was being lauded as the best pf in the league and a top 5 player by posters/people/the media.
