Naw, I haven't watched it. Maybe when I'm done reading the series I will check it out. Those King adaptations are really hit or miss. I just watched The Dark Tower and it leaves out 95% of what's in the books

Def hit or miss. You might get some shyt like The Outsiders series, Shawshank or Shining if you wanna go way back. But then you might get a Pet Sementary movie (new one) that was forgettable or a Salem's Lot which was goofy as hell.

I heard that Castle Rock or whatever show was decent tho but it just got canceled.

Read up until the original author died (Chapterhouse Dune, 6th book)


His son took over after that and basically turned it into a basic ass Hollywood movie action script.

I loved the first season of castle rock but didn’t catch anymore after. S1 E7 is one of the best standalone episodes of television I’ve seen, sissy spacek crushed it

I can probably guess where you started to slow down because of the way they switch characters around every book, but trust me they payoff is crazy
