Bow wow not paying only means that if it comes to it, he wont be able to lease another one in his name, and sooner or later them garnishments will hit (I doubt it comes to that tho).
GARNISHMENTS HOW? THEY DON'T GET CHECKS LIKE WE DO. THEY DON'T HAVE THE TAXES AND STUFF TAKEN OUT. THEY OWE TAXES EVERY YEAR SO IT'S REALLY HARD TO GARNISH THEIR MONEY.
That's why I said I doubt it comes to that. You forget though, that royalties are checks and anything he gets from bet will most likely be a check as well.
@ taking financial advice from Young Buck.Royalties require someone to buy or play his old shyt....that ain't happenin lol
Not to mention no way he owns the right to his early stuff. That's all Jermaine's.
when you're right, you're right. He prob doesnt get much for royalties these days, and it's well known he had people writing for him, damn he just might be tight financially if he blew it all, happens to athletes everyday. I bet everything he got is in his momma name.SUING HIM MEANS NOTHING. COMPANIES DO THIS EVERYDAY. PEOPLE JUST WAIT IT OUT. THE JUDGEMENT JUST MEANS THEY CAN CHASE HIM DOWN FOR THE MONEY. IT AIN'T LIKE HE'S GOING TO JAIL. THEY'LL JUST PUT THE JUDGEMENT ON HIS CREDIT REPORT AND A COLLECTION AGENCY WILL COME LOOKING FOR HIM.
Suing him means nothing? Other then having to pay back the 280K... He's already passed the "being chased down" stage. He is now at the "I have o pay it back stage". Who said the nikka was going to jail?
.. You guys just make up imaginary statements and attach them to people for argument's sake..
breh, never once did i say that the nikka wasn't broke... all i said is that owing money≠ you don't have the money to pay.
you're the one saying "well if he had the money to pay it, he would have paid it..and because he didn't he aint got the money gurrrrrrrl"
being financially irresponsible≠ being broke.
