You keep saying the CEO of Robinhood is black, and thats why you dont want them to fold. but the CEO they showing on tv is a white man named Vlad

No need to argue with him further. The CEO isnt even a black man like @Wiseborn been arguing. Hes posted many misinformation over the past few days. Dont even waste your time.
Wes Moore is the CEO of their charitable foundation.

I don't give a fukk about Robinhood, they're brokers. I own the stock, the issue is everyone is saying fukk Robinhood like Schwab didn't throttle the retail sectors like everyone else. In reality all are playing the same game. fukk with all of them or none of them it doesn't matter to me, but thinking that small fry like Robinhood is a problem instead of looking at the market as a whole is ridiculous.

Hedge Funds are foul but I'll bet your 401K is invested in some of them. They have research tools that you will never have access to. They have computers that make trades faster than you can think, They literally can't lose and if they did they'll take the world economy with them. One hedge fund led to the 97 Asian crisis.

I'm not saying believe me or do anything I say, I'm just a nikka on the internet. But that's literally who the Wall Street Bets crowd is too, some randoms that decided to work together and they fukked some greedy ass people. Go Long on GameStop if you want to You better hope some buys your stock from you.

So your advice would be to keep your money in IF they went under, so you can wait around for insurance to pay out every dollar owed, after all the legal shyt that needs to happen first?

Cause I simply was saying you don’t want to find out. I’m sure pulling your money out even the day before, would be the much easier option
It depends. If you have thousands of shares and make your income off trading then yeah I guess Id need my money now, to trade it on the next big thing.

But if you're like the vast majority of retail investors and you're a buy and hold guy it wouldn't matter. Besides what if pulling your money is considered a trade and if you held the stock less than 2 years and you're now on the hook for capital Gains taxes (in a Biden administration) The average retail guy probably wouldn't think to file it on their taxes and have to pay a penalty when they get that IRS letter.

Plus what the fukk is it a concern if a company has a black ceo or upper management if a black person doesn’t actually OWN the company.

Regarding the first point so? Isn't that what a lot of people on here speak of when mentioning a black dollar? Since we know that answer why are you surprised others might have a similar vision just towards their respective groups?

I was talking about emotional regarding mentioning someone being black being the reason I do anything involving making money. Anything you're saying in the second part I don't disagree with but changes nothing I said to you originally.
Well my thing is that the hired Wes Moore for their Foundation. They didn't need to do that, That's a good look. But that's not the reason I went with them (and I'm also with Schwab, Vanguard, M1 Finance and Wellbull) I was with them for the ease of investing and they're the biggest most funded and oldest robo app. Again the checking account product that RobinHood rolled out last year caused immediate speculation that it might be a ploy to merge with one of the big brick and mortars.

Also the foundation spread money around. They recently gave Janet Yellen a big check for a speech. I could see them saying We're for the little guy and getting a bailout from the government if needed.

People don't usually own a major brokerage outright. That's the whole point of the Stock market.

Like in the Military Stories thread y'all are running with a narrative.

1. I'm not advocating for Robinhood if you don't have an account with them don't get one. But if you do have an account I wouldn't sell the stock just to get out thinking that you're gonna lose the .000000000000000001 percent of a free share they gave you in Amazon.
2. In general I like to see Black Men win. I don't necessarily make investments with that in mind but all things considered if I can get paid and a Black man can get a check that sounds good to me.

3. nikkas are mad late thinking that they're gonna corner the Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice market with a 5 dollar investment. Can you cop the right stock for the low and sell it off later for a fortune? Yes but you could also win the Powerball or Bust the Casino at Blackjack. It's possible but not likely.

Investing for the little guy is not about finding a pennystock and watching it achieve Large Cap Blue chip status. It's about retirement. All people Black and white Man and woman are working little jobs and they make enough to get a decent apartment and lease a car so they can "ride clean" But they ain't got shyt in the bank!
Nobody Black or white is having babies like that social security is slated to run out of money in 2027 you don't want immigrants overrunning the country How the fukk are you gonna sustain yourself in Old age? A lot of people are gonna be migrating to the 3rd world because they won't have shyt to live off in america. Make that shyt an option not a certainty Get your Money up now!! Save for retirement!!!

This shyt hilarious. And its all thanks to a reddit forum that decided to fukk over the big institutes who put mad money in gamestop to dip.
Best part is they put hedge funds on blast on mass media exposing their bullshyt but guess what nothing will change long term. Those funds pay extortion money to everybody

Exactly,

Which is why no one should feel any type of allegiance towards Robin Hood or any brokerage
I don't and if anyone thinks that I am when I'm diversified as shyt they read me wrong. I have money in three apps and two brick and mortar's and like 5 banks. I use personal capital to keep up with all my accounts.

Not only that. You and the company that you work for is probably partially owned by them. They fall and millions of people lose their jobs.

I wasn’t talking about you, everybody got they money tied up somewhere. All of them practice similar tactics, I was just making a general statement in pertaining to choosing a brokerage.
