And that's the problem - not taking it serious.I don't take such pessimism serious. It's detrimental.
The problem is talking big and looking to place blame on a couple of youtubers isn't gonna change the fact that as a people we haven't taken the concrete steps necessary to ensure our survival going forward. It's as simple as that. We depend on others for everything, including and especially the bare necessities needed to survive.Oh so you drinking that defeatist ass kool-aid tooIdk if it's lost on folks but our ancestors were literally the underclass. To say that we're permanently becoming an underclass after coming from that is...
A startling self esteem issue![]()
This how I know that fakkit @Billy Ocean be fronting.
He would beg for someone to be banned for saying 1% of what Claude Anderson says. Yet look at his response in here.
Claude Anderson worked with Ice Cube on his plan for black America.
The coli hated that too.
Bunch of fronting ass nikkas. Don’t believe shyt they say only looking for daps and rep.
didn't say that. to say he is right is to accept defeat. I mean what else is there to talk about. permanent brother. if you believe that you may as well lay down and give up.And that's the problem - not taking it serious.
It's easy to call what he said pessimism and dismiss it because you don't like what you heard, but his conclusions are based in pure, hard facts. A lifetime of research and experience that's older than you.
And he ain't the only one. Among others, Marcus Garvey told us well over a hundred years ago what our fate would be if we didn't establish a base on the African continent and use that to start doing for self everywhere we are. And we haven't, and today we can see the results. And barring some miracle, it's only gonna get worse going into the future. Bullshyt platitudes and empty positivity that's rooted in nothing more than your hopes and feelings ain't gonna cut it.

No that's exactly what you said. You called his conclusions pessimism and that you couldn't take that kinda thinking serious. But you don't have to take it serious, and truth be told your line of thinking - not taking it serious - has been the rule for most Black people, and not the exception. Congratulations. If the man is right he's right. You can call it what you want. But I guarantee if we compared what you're basing your conclusion on vs his, you'd be the one to come up woefully short, and we both know that.didn't say that. to say he is right is to accept defeat. Reasons why Dr. Anderson’s statement is so easy to predict and will continue to be the status quo for blacks for the future (y’all ostrich negroes can start digging since y’all don’t want the truth):
-the “We are not a monolith” bullshyt being followed when other groups act as monoliths to get shyt done for their betterment
-zero family structure nor any semblance of indoctrination of a black family unit
-glorification of the dregs of our society and claiming it’s “culture”
-continued births of children in piss poor environments that foster delinquency and shyt behavior
-shunning/bullying our star intelligent children into not wanting to achieve because it’s nerdy or cac behavior
-too much focus on the quick, shiny gratifications to stunt instead of the long term
-zero self-worth or self-value so much so that you will let everyone call you a nikka whether it’s a song or just everyday convo.
-zero self worth or self-value so much so that you will terrorize your own people and kill a successful brother or sister without second thought but got no smoke for cacs/spics/joos that are really keeping you down
Since nothing will change, seems like black folks are about where they belong….
The whole “they came before colombus” thing is a fukking fringe crackpot dumbass theory pushed by COINTELPRO.Our ancestors got freed because of the federal government
If they wanted to, they could slaughtered us
Instead, they're content to let us die a slow death
Dudes in here would rather talk about hope and crackpot theories like Black ppl were here before slavery
Singing we shall overcome and uplifting the shyt our ancestors had to go through has not, and will not get us anywhere
Yall make me sad
Talking just to talk
OK , now what ?
Y’all love “waking” people up , just to throw them
in peril w no solution
Brother he's talking about the race as a collective, not your little circle of friends. What’s the solution?
Not being an a$$hole I genuinely want to know to implement it in my life and my circle
Honestly, I think america is a lost cause for black folks. Yes, it’s still probably one of the top 5 countries where we can prosper, but we have so much trash in our community working against us in one direction plus the forces of oppression from crackers coming from the other…..how can you even get a foothold? Y’all gotta got get this reparations/equality bullshyt outta here cause it ain’t happening on this soil. Last thing any cac wants is for y’all to have power. I can’t believe some of y’all still don’t see this. Something needs to be started afresh in a new land with STRICT moral codes and profitable natural resources for black people that want to move forward.![]()
Dr. Bobby Wright was a prominent African American psychologist and author who wrote extensively about the impact of racism on the black community. His book "The Psychopathic Racial Personality and Other Essays" includes an essay titled "Mentacide: The Ultimate Threat to the Black Race" which outlines his views on the psychological and cultural destruction of the black community. Here are 10 key points from his essay:
- Mentacide is the deliberate and systematic destruction of the black psyche and culture through the use of various forms of psychological manipulation, including misinformation, brainwashing, and social conditioning.
- The ultimate goal of mentacide is to create a self-hating, self-destructive black population that is unable to resist the oppressive forces of racism and white supremacy.
- Mentacide is perpetuated by a variety of institutions and systems, including the education system, the media, the criminal justice system, and the political establishment.
- The impact of mentacide is evident in the high rates of mental illness, substance abuse, and crime within the black community.
- Mentacide is not a new phenomenon, but has been used as a tool of oppression against black people for centuries, dating back to the era of slavery.
- The perpetuation of mentacide is aided by the fact that many black people are not aware of the extent to which they have been psychologically manipulated, and may even perpetuate the cycle themselves through internalized racism.
- To combat mentacide, black people must become conscious of the ways in which they have been psychologically manipulated and work to reclaim their cultural identity and sense of self-worth.
- This process of self-awareness and resistance to mentacide must also involve an understanding of the ways in which racism and white supremacy operate in society and a commitment to dismantling these systems.
- The struggle against mentacide must be an ongoing one, as the forces of oppression will continue to evolve and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ultimately, the fight against mentacide requires a collective effort from the entire black community, as well as allies from other communities, in order to build a society that is truly just and equitable for all.
i don't take hyperbole serious. like i said if you believe those words then you have already given up because what's the point? you are fighting to prove that we have lost eternally? what do you gain in taking that acceptance seriously? misery, disillusionment. nothing worthwhile. do you tho.No that's exactly what you said. You called his conclusions pessimism and that you couldn't take that kinda thinking serious. But you don't have to take it serious, and truth be told your line of thinking - not taking it serious - has been the rule for most Black people, and not the exception. Congratulations. And some would argue that Black people as a global collective have basically given up.
