this seems rather iffy to me.
essentially they're saying people have a right to kill you in self defense even if they are the aggressors who started the fight.
basically the legality of lethality revolves around who happens to be losing the fight. People not gonna say it but this is essentially how Zimmerman got off.

Black dude was "allegedly" insulting a woman whos race wasnt mentioned. A fight started in the store that he must have been losing. So he goes to grab a gun from his car. And the white dude stops him. Because of what you just said I cant fault him for holding him on the ground. But you can fault him for not communicating when someones holding a gun to his face. At least it appeared to be a gun the woman was holding.


You gotta start talking and negotiating his release at that point. Guess buddy thought ol girl was too scary too shoot. Arrogance cost him his life in this situation.


He had enough control to have a full,casual conversation with the girl if he wanted to#FrailnessNeverProspers.

I remember this brother telling me something like this nearly happened to a buddy of his down here in Atlanta. His buddy was beating up some White dude because he hit his bedwench girlfriend. If the brother went and got a gun, then that was the firemans second chance to leave it alone, instead of trying to take the gun away. I guess you'd have to see for your self what happened. Evidently, the prosecutors must have saw the whole thing on film, and determined he had enough opportunities to walk away, or not get involved with what was really just a lovers quarrel. From what I'm reading, this had no business going physical to begin with.
