These measures are all about prevention. The male wants the DNA test to prevent raising a child that isn't his own. The female wants access to his technology to prevent possibly being cheated on which can lead to stds being brought back to her and other bullshyt.

It should be just apart of the birthing process to establish paternity for the childs sake and the medical history of both parents. Nothing to do with feelings. It would also make it so the father can't run off and deny anything later on.

But its not is it, so it has everything to do with feelings, the man's specifically.

A paternity test is not because of misogynist. Men and Women cheat at similar rates. People emotionally slip up or give into desires. Someone could fukk another person and realize how much they actually loved their spouse. Especially within work related environments. I think for another life form coming into the world, it's important to know. Men who actually are family oriented and stay with their families care A LOT about having a legitimate heir.
