Best thing you can do is cop a samsung 4k. Not because of the brand or quality, but because of its native apps.

Like Samsung has a plex app, so you can stream your 4k movies on it with that.

i got a 4k 55" Samsung, smart tv, open box a few months ago for about $750.
i have the internet speed and the Netflix package to accommodate 4k.

at first it was stunning.
now i just see it as normal...until i watch TV at someone else's home.

I was not looking to get this TV but my girl really wanted a Smart TV so when she found this deal we went for it.

For those looking for 4K content you can download movies in 4K & copy them to an external drive & play them from your tv. I do that all the time. Plus I have passive 3D on mine too that can convert standard tv to 3D & it's nice

I copped a 65 inch Samsung KS8000 SUHD 4K HDR tv with quantum dot display
Came yesterday , so I haven't calibrated it yet. Watched Z for Zacariah on blu ray and was blown away. I have Amazon prime and Netflix so I will use those for 4K HDR content

yea it's the entry level 2016 suhd hdr jawn from samsung. i got mine from amazon warehouse for -$600 less than best buy price. The condition was "good" instead of "like new" so i was kind of scared. The tv came in a box with a hole in it, but no marks on the tv and all the components were in the box. i probably will be buying more shyt from amazon warehouse going forward

i'm waiting to get a 2015 55 inch OLED from amazon warehouse for the man cave, hopefully around black friday time frame. Trying spend less than $800 for an OLED
