35, right now, no kids, no wife, girl and I, have been together for three years, we broke up, and she chased in between two cities. Eventually, I got back with her. Ring should be finalized this week or two, then propose in feb....I don't even regret the break up, I am happy to have had one last round in the streets .
am getting older, time to settle down, have 1 or 2 kids and enjoy life. If my relationship where to falter, I would probably just get with a mid 30's or early 30's successful and quickly settle down. I will not be young forever.

This was always my strategy if i ever got a terminal illness or dementia.

I think there is something powerful and profound about choosing how and when you go. Might as well go out in a blaze of glory.

I have a quiet rage that I feel is justified that I refuse to address and I try not to embarrass myself or subject others to it by mostly keeping to myself. It's like Bruce Banner, my secret is that I'm always angry. For that I don't see myself in any type of relationship. I don't actually think about being in a relationship until I'm around other people in them. I prefer to be by myself, I don't have friends or confidants not even online but I think there are people who think of me as their friend. I'm turning 40 in July and for the past 10 years I've been in a GREAT relationship. Unfortunately I want kids and she doesn't(she has 2 already, she's older and at one point she would've had kids with me but I wasn't ready financially/mentally).

But I really do want to have kids and that the part that sucks between us. So once we are 100% done I'm going to knock out some major goals and then hopefully find a wife and start a family.

Edit: im not really big on marriage but I understand the reason behind it and thats something I can compromise with.

Update: Dating is trash and I should've just stuck with my ex.

We are still good friends but she is in a relationship that I convinced her to give a shot and the women I've been meeting really think they are God's gift and have been influenced heavy by social media

My ex never considered d herself a dime or anything like that but she's a great person that took accountability when she was wrong and knew how to have a civil conversation when we had disagreements

I really can't believe how bad it is out here but I'm 100% fine just being single at this point
