investing in a good water bottle does wonders. i used to just buy a couple bottles of fiji every week and refill em with my brita at home, but i invested in some nice stainless steel water bottles and i drink way more water now

Two weeks ago I decided to get 8 hours sleep and journal before I go to bed. I instantly felt a difference in my overall mood, brain activity and energy levels.
Two days ago I implemented a 10 minute full body stretching routine. With that, I've also instantly felt the difference; my body feels a lot lighter, aches less and doesn't feel as stiff.
I just bought a copper water bottle, to help with my lack of water consumption.
I initially started doing the first two because I thought "If I get 8 hours sleep, I'll have more energy. Which means that I'm more likely to do others things."Good shyt love to hear this 🫡
