Two weeks ago I decided to get 8 hours sleep and journal before I go to bed. I instantly felt a difference in my overall mood, brain activity and energy levels.

Two days ago I implemented a 10 minute full body stretching routine. With that, I've also instantly felt the difference; my body feels a lot lighter, aches less and doesn't feel as stiff.

I just bought a copper water bottle, to help with my lack of water consumption.

I initially started doing the first two because I thought "If I get 8 hours sleep, I'll have more energy. Which means that I'm more likely to do others things."

"If I journal before I go to bed, that'll get thoughts out. Which means I won't have to deal with a rush of thoughts, while trying to get 8 hours sleep."
