had to cross the Verrazano Bridge while moving out of BK.
i had a U-Haul van with my car in tow.
cost me $65 to cross that bridge.
me and my girl looked and each other and said "fukk New York."

man what? $20 to drive 2 miles is worse than $14 for a bridge
But NYC has the amenities (shopping, restaurants, nightlife) to at least justify this. A reason for people to go borough to borough. Bay area has very little of that, this is just taxing working people
My man, not sure if you know this, but ill let you in on a secret. Bay area has multiple bodies of water to cross over and its main hub, San Francisco is literally an island. Mind blowing, i know.

Its only a $5 difference.. also $7 toll is just beginning. Bay bridge may charge more for weekends/prime time.

only thing about NYC is that it’s a choice to pay tolls. You can drive through the city paying no toll and honestly idk why cause even the toll crossings have bad traffic
