Bowles up next. Arians saw what was coming and bailed so the brehs would take the fall :mjpls:

They went all in, got a ring and had another good year last year but that roster is :flabbynsick: and need to be rebuilt. They gonna be awful in 2023 and the GM gonna let Bowles take the heat for that

You think he had a say in the matter?
Byron's biggest issue was the 1st down runs up the gut, shoulda scrapped them joints.
But Tampa also had an old flawed roster that didn't do him any favors.
The GM aint getting enough heat to me :hubie:

Yep, this is it.

The team was basically built on hoping a 45 year old QB could continue to play at a very high level, despite there being significant losses on the offensive line, a significant knee injury for their top receiver carrying into this season, with little real depth (Russell Gage ain't ever been it), and a lead running back that looked pretty washed at times. Team just wasn't built that well.

A defense that can’t rush the passer. DB’s and second level defensive players that can’t communicate calls despite being together for years

Top 5 overall pick that’s probably a bust…

Licht gotten better over the years, but this shyt fallen apart

Byron called a running play(which was gonna be a TD) but Brady ad-libbed with no else's knowledge except Godwin, including Byron. Interception

For those who may wondering who the real OC was this year, this play alone will answer your question

No chance that’s “was gonna be a TD.” What are you looking at? RB would’ve been lucky to get 2 yards on that play

I'm not giving him a pass for the state of the defense, but it's more common than not for defenses to drop off like the Buccaneers did. Recent history has shown that GMs (and coaches) don't know how to keep defenses stocked by changing roles, moving on from players at the right time, and drafting or hitting free agency for needs ahead of time. Defenses are good, they hit a wall and fall off, and THEN someone decides to get around to doing something about the issues they've had for years.

The Buccaneers had 45 year old Tom Brady break the NFL RECORD for Most Pass Attempts in a season with 733. Who in their right mind would build a roster relying on the oldest QB ever to carry the biggest load? Their Running Game was terrible after Leonard Fournette came out of shape to Training Camp. 32nd in Rushing Attempts, 32nd in Rushing Yards, 32nd in Rushing TD's, and 32nd in Rushing Yards per Attempt.

This is way off. Arians always been putting brothers on. Bowles been down with him for a long time and he wanted him to have a successful program to take over.

Brady retired cause he didn't fukk with Arians. As soon as Arians stepped down, surprise surprise, Brady's back.

Bucs had alot of issues. It's no way to be sustainable long term with a 45 year old quarterback.

Nobody in the organization can do their job to the best of their abilities with washed Tom
