I like Vogel's swag he has big time confidence and I think that trickles down to the team. But do any of ya'll know Sam Cassell's coaching philosophy's? Becuz he was a former Rocket who obviously played in the league and won championships. He's been an assistant under Doc Rivers and could be a Steve Kerr like gem of a coach.

But what is it gonna take to get Harden to play defense? I'm sure he knows that he doesn't play defense and that everyone is on him about it. But how does a coach get to him and get him to lock in or at least show effort every game?
