But what is it gonna take to get Harden to play defense? I'm sure he knows that he doesn't play defense and that everyone is on him about it. But how does a coach get to him and get him to lock in or at least show effort every game?

The problem is largely transition and team defense, not one on one defense

If morey waste another Off season tying to get a superstar(KD) and not focus on trying to build a team i will be ok with him getting fired lowry wanted to come back and was willing to lisen to mchale and i understand why he dislike mchale.. went from having a HOF coach in Rick to a shytty yes man coach Mchale, but he pushed Lowry to the side for Melo who resigned with the knicks if this shyt happens again i am done with him. tired of seeing Cluchfans threads talking about going for Durant when he is not leaving OKC

In hindsight I can't say missing out on Bosh was a negative, but our Carmelo run definitely pushed us backwards

I only want three players this offseason Whiteside,Conley and Anderson...maybe bring back Lee for back up SG or maybe sign Jamal Crawford just won six man of the year and we need a back up SG that can bring offense when harden is not in the game but can he play Def that what i need to look into.
