Yup. I don't know my exact calorie count but its probably in that 3000-4000 range. I typically eat in a 2 hour window. Sometimes 3 hours if I want to eat slow and take my time. My goal is to eat as much as I can till I get full as fukk.
I don't count macros other than trying to make sure I eat as much protein as I can. So that means lots of scrambled eggs. Lots of chicken and beef. Then I mix in good carbs like greens and sweet potatoes with bad carbs like Pizza. Lots of fruit as well. Some sugary drink and some dessert like ice cream. I don't really abstain from any food. The only thing I try to avoid is high fructose corn syrup. Whenever possible I opt for natural sugars.
