Yup. I don't know my exact calorie count but its probably in that 3000-4000 range. I typically eat in a 2 hour window. Sometimes 3 hours if I want to eat slow and take my time. My goal is to eat as much as I can till I get full as fukk.

I don't count macros other than trying to make sure I eat as much protein as I can. So that means lots of scrambled eggs. Lots of chicken and beef. Then I mix in good carbs like greens and sweet potatoes with bad carbs like Pizza. Lots of fruit as well. Some sugary drink and some dessert like ice cream. I don't really abstain from any food. The only thing I try to avoid is high fructose corn syrup. Whenever possible I opt for natural sugars.

You've never fasted before have you?

If you did you would know fasting doesn't cause your body to go into starvation mode if you have sufficient body fat already on you. What fasting does is force ketosis which causes the body to feed on its already stored reserves of body fat.

Our species evolved with fasting being a part of their lives. Eating everyday is a very new development for our species. Thus our bodies have developed to operate at their optimal level when it only gets food once every couple of days.

Imagine this nikka feeding a baby onlu once every couple of days :hhh:

Well since your method is working so good why not show us some results?

I do not post pictures of myself on the internet.

You don't have to believe me. There are lots of other people doing what I'm doing and posting their body transformations online. Go look them up.

I'm simply spreading the knowledge that was given to me. I didn't invent this. Others have done it before.

Since you stated that you only eat every 3 days I can logically deduce that you only eat protein every 3 days as well.

Assuming that is the case, the protein that you consumed would have been converted to glucose via your liver after the first day.

Basically your 6 lbs of muscles isn't adding up.

I'm aware of the benefits of it. I do intermittent fasting from time to time. However you're talking about not eating for 3 days and even saying no food and water for 48 hours. Dry fasting is just straight up dumb. Our bodies need water more than food.

Dry fasting all the time is probably dumb. But from time to time it can be beneficial. It gives your kidneys a break. It allows them to clean themselves out. Some believe it also leads to other health benefits throughout the body. It definitely burns more fat than a normal water fast.

I don't do dry fasts that often because I do get more lower energy levels when I don't have water than I do on a normal water fast. But I will continue to sprinkle them in every now and then.

Why not? If our ancestors used to do it then its obviously not dangerous and a lifestyle our bodies evolved to handle.

I'm citing these examples to the people who are saying what I'm doing is dangerous. If our bodies evolved to perform at optimal levels going several days without food then it obviously is not dangerous to fast for 3 days at a time.

That's the ideal weight for a man whose 5'11". I just need to get down to sub 10% body fat at that weight and I'm good. My body composition goal is to look as lean and ripped as Brad Pitt in Fight Club.

My natural body weight is around 175-185 lbs. However, for longevity purposes its best to be leaner than your body natural set point. All throughout nature we see that the smaller animals in a species tend to live longer. Just look at men and women. On average women live longer than men in large part because women are smaller than men.

Having lots of mass on you causes stress on the body which leads to early death. When you are lean you reduce the stress on your arteries and nerves. You reduce inflammation. You reduce the amount of energy your body has to dispense just to move you around. All in all there are so many health benefits to being lean that you would be a fool not to do it.
